Saltaire is the best product that my husband has found for his sinus condition. In Summer 2005, after routine surgery, he was diagnosed with T-Cell Nasal Lymphoma. He has completed his chemotherapy, and is now going through radiation. The radiation is drying his sinuses to the point where breathing was difficult. Many thanks to Saltaire - he has found such relief from this wonderful product.
